The course period is 1 year.
This course is offered at AIEC as an elective class in the second year of the two-year course.
Those who have JLPT-N3 can transfer to the second year and complete the study in one year.

Requirements for the status of residence “Specified Skilled Worker No. 1” in the food service industry.

  • Subject of Examination
  • ① Passing the food service industry specified skill No.1 skill measurement test (academic test / practical test)
  • ② Pass the Japan Foundation Japanese Basic Test JFT-Basic A2 or higher.
  • ③ Pass JLPT-N4 or higher (twice a year, July and December)
  • *any of the tests ➁ and ➂
